We work to a time scale of 10-14 days 

A comprehensive brief is taken outlining what you are looking for in terms of expertise & experience,including any niche requirements and a personality profile.

We then go to work to find the right people.

The process is managed fully by 1 person , which means one point of contact with someone who is dedicated to finding you what you want and what your business needs.

The Head-Hunter can approach based on targeted research, specific candidates, or someone who is already known to the company for example a high achiever of a competitor , this can all be done in a discreet and confidential manner.

10-14 days from providing us with a brief you’ll be presented with 2-3 candidates with  the right back ground and experience.

Subsequent interviews are scheduled by the Headhunter/Account Manager and are conducted by the Client with the Headhunter gathering feedback and debriefing both parties.

We stay with you through out the process and negotiate salaries & contracts where needed.

Full counter offer counselling is given – This massively minimises  the risk of a candidate accepting a counter offer.
